Yevadu / Evadu is a story about Satya (Allu Arjun) who receives a life-saving face transplant after he is critically injured and his girlfriend Deepthi (Kajal Aggarwal) murdered in a vicious attack. Unrecognisable to his enemies, he sets out for revenge. But his new face gives him new foes.
